Historic Clubhouse 4 Rent

• 3790 sq. ft. rental venue, seats 150 max. in main hall, 200 max. entire building occupancy (per fire code)
• ADA-Handicapped accessible entrance, Unisex-ADA Accessible Restrooms 
• Sitting/dressing room/separate bathroom for the ladies
• Round Tables (60in) and Chairs (150) provided 
• Original  hardwood flooring in main hall, separate stage
• No Catering restrictions; 2 refrigerators, 3 ovens, microwave, and freezer
• Ample parking nearby and Free WIFI for our guests
• A beautiful landscape plan with string lighting that is perfect for small weddings, outdoor gatherings.
• Fri-Sat are full day (12 hour rental with 5 hour event time) at a rate of $2600 + tax + selected options. Includes 5 hours bartender serve time. Example: 12 noon-12 midnight, Setup 12 noon-Event 6 to 11pm, Cleanup start 11 pm-exit by 12 midnight.  *If no alcohol, reduce rental rate by $100.  
• Sunday-Thursday day-time rental $900.00 + tax + selected options, includes Bartender up to 4 hours serve time. For all day time events, must end by 5:00 pm and exit by 6 pm for the daytime rates to apply.
• Week-Day Rental rates; Meetings/Mixer 4 hours. Mon-Thurs 6am-10 am or 6-10 pm or Fri 6-10 am  $600.00 + tax Meeting/mixers do not include any alcohol serve time. ** alcohol/bartender is available at a rate of $50 per hr.
• * Non-Profit Organizations with valid IRS Determination Letters are  encouraged to apply for Reduced Rental Rate program. This reduced rental rate program is only valid Mon-Thursday, maximum discount is 1 rental per month, and this discounted rental does not include any alcohol serve time. ** alcohol/bartender is available at a rate of $50 per hr.
• Friday -Saturday rental MAY be booked as daytime rental IF date is available AND booking date is less than 12 days before actual event date
• Complete A/V Options available for business mixers/employee training
